Refund policy

Return Policy

Our company wants all customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return the product you purchased under the following terms:


Right of Withdrawal

According to current legislation regarding distance sales, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product, without needing to provide a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing (e.g., via email) before the above deadline expires.


Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product must:

  • Be in its original condition,

  • Not have been used,

  • Be returned in its full original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any gifts,

  • Be accompanied by the receipt or invoice of purchase.

Products that have been used, show signs of wear, or are missing components cannot be returned.


Damage During Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for the product until it is delivered to our company.
If the product is damaged due to insufficient packaging or inappropriate shipping method chosen by the customer, the return may be rejected.


Return Shipping Costs

Product returns are made at your own cost and using your own means, unless a different written agreement has been made with our company.


Non-Refundable Charges

  • Initial shipping costs: Not refunded, even if the original order included “free shipping”, as the shipping cost was still incurred by the company.

  • Installation costs: Any charges for installation services or technician visits are not refundable.

  • Additional services: (e.g. special packaging, scheduled delivery, old equipment disassembly) are also not refundable.


Exceptions

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Products made to order (custom-made),

  • Perishable goods or items with a limited shelf life,

  • Hygiene products or consumables that have been opened (e.g. water filters).


Refund Process

Once we receive the product and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will refund the amount you paid (minus any non-refundable fees mentioned above) using the same payment method as the original transaction, within 14 calendar days.


Return Procedure

  1. Contact us at service@solars.gr or +30 210 4257000 to inform us of your intent to return the product.

  2. Carefully repackage the product in its original packaging.

  3. Send the product to the address provided by our customer service department.

  4. After we receive and inspect the product, we will inform you about the completion of the return process.
