Transport of the goods for repair and back is the responsibility and expense of the user – customer. In any case, repair or replacement of a defective product or device is subject to the warranty terms of the Manufacturer, which the user – customer acknowledges and accepts.

The store acts exclusively as an intermediary between the Customer and the Manufacturer for the repair or replacement of the defective product or device. The manufacturer exclusively chooses whether to repair or replace the product or device.

The warranty start date is the date of sale of the product or device by the store. Repairs outside the warranty period are the sole responsibility of the user – customer. The store provides no warranty regarding the suitability of the product or device for a particular use.
