Shipping & Delivery Policy

The delivery of small-volume products is primarily carried out via ACS Courier, unless the customer selects a different method during checkout (e.g. shipping agency, in-store pickup, or other means). Charges are calculated strictly based on weight as follows:

Domestic Shipments (Greece)

Flat Rates (Applicable throughout Greece)

Up to 2 kg: €5.00
2 to 5 kg: €10.00
5 to 10 kg: €20.00
10 to 15 kg: €25.00
15 to 20 kg: €30.00
Over 20 kg: up to €50.00 upon consultation, depending on weight and delivery conditions

Important Notes

For orders over 20 kg, the shipping cost may exceed €50.00 depending on volume and destination. Please contact us for confirmation.

For specific models of solar water heaters or other products, free shipping may apply depending on current promotions.
